Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Reel boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
